What is Rise With Us?

Rise With Us Is an Online Video Contest Run By Africa Skateboarding Diary (Online Magazine). The Contest is designed so as to help African Skateboarders to raise their skills, build the high spirit of daring and lastly growing skateboarding scene in Africa as a culture as well as a sport.

Skateboarding in Africa is currently centralized in South Africa, Egypt and Morocco. Africa Skateboarding Diary recognizes more than 10 skateboarding countries with lack of facilities such as skate shops, skate plazas and sponsors.

For us we believe skateboarding need people who can dare to make things happening. Hence we bring RISE WITH US to help these African Skateboarders reach their dreams through sponsorship.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: 

Entries for the #RiseWithUs Video Contest (the “Contest”) can be submitted between January 1^st 2016 at 00:00:01 a.m. East African Time (“EAT”) and January 31^st 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m East African Time (EAT)

ELIGIBILITY: 

The contest is open to legal African Skateboarders living currently in Africa. Entrants must submit entries as required on the entry form to be eligible. Entries received after the deadline set forth in these terms are ineligible, null, and void.

We would like to insist African skateboarders to go skate daily and film as much as they can. This shall help them to get familiar with different obstacles and spots around their surroundings. We believe #RiseWithUs shall be a successful contest for all African skaters and for our Africa Skateboarding Diary.
