Flat Ground League – FGL is a very promising and eye catching skateboarding event in Africa at the moment to uphold the skate culture and add the sport spirit among children and youth.
Flat Ground League Season I follows the all basic Game of Skate Rules with an additional pointing system into the tricks had huge success already in three African Countries; Tanzania, Angola and Zambia.
The candle was lighted on May 27th 2017 Dar es salaam, Tanzania. Abubakar Amour (18) won this debut. FGL took a few month break before reignite late September 23rd in Luanda, Angola where Mario Felipe won. The last FGL stop was in Zambia on September 30th where Innocent Sichande Won.
Now FGL is going to Uganda on October 14th 2017. The event is Managed by Sedrick Kidiima in Uganda and is open to all Ugandan Skateboarders. The details of the venue and further more will all be shared soon.
